Bishop John J. Snyder High School is currently accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year. Please submit the items listed in the appropriate checklist below to the Office of Admissions.
If you attend a Diocese of St. Augustine elementary school, please submit the following registration documents and fee.
■ Enrollment Application
■ Tuition Preference Form
■ Registration Fee
There is an early bird registration fee of $325 up until February 22, 2013. After February 22, 2013 the fee increases to $375. The registration fee is per family and is non-refundable.
If you attend a public, private or other school outside of the Diocese of St. Augustine, please submit the following registration documents and fee.
■ A complete unofficial copy of the student’s academic transcript or report card for last 2 years.
■ Copy of the most recent standardized test scores (ITBS, FCAT, SAT etc.)
■ Psychological testing if student has a diagnosed learning disability
■ Recommendation Form
■ Enrollment Application
■ Schools Attended Form
■ Florida Certificate of Immunization form (blue card)
■ Birth Certificate
■ Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
■ Tuition Preference Form
Please submit the items listed in the checklist to the Office of Admissions. Once the documents have been reviewed, you will be contacted to set up an admissions interview.
■ Registration Fee
