Bishop John J. Snyder High School is currently accepting applications for the upcoming school year. Please submit the items listed in the appropriate checklist below to the Office of Admissions. Course selection and registration cannot be completed until the registration fee is paid.
Registration Documents Required (Diocesan Catholic grade schools only)
■ Enrollment Application
■ Tuition Preference Form
■ Registration Fee (Note: There is an early bird registration fee of $325 up until January 31, 2010. Starting February 1, 2010 the fee increases to $375. The registration fee is per family and is non-refundable.)
■ There will be a makeup day for those who missed the January 23rd EXPLORE Test. Please contact the front office to get you student’s name on the makeup test list. Students entering 9th grade who did not take the EXPLORE Test may still register for the 2010-2011 school year.
Application Documents Required
(Public, Private, and out-of-state Catholic schools only)
■ A complete unofficial copy of the student’s academic transcript or report card for last 2 years.
■ Copy of the most recent standardized test scores (ITBS, FCAT, SAT etc.)
■ Psychological testing if student has a diagnosed learning disability
■ Recommendation Form
■ Enrollment Application
■ Schools Attended Form
■ Florida Certificate of Immunization form
■ Birth Certificate
■ Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
■ Tuition Preference Form
Please submit the items listed in the checklist to the Office of Admissions. Once the documents have been reviewed, you will be contacted to set up an admissions interview. Upon acceptance to Bishop John J. Snyder High School, the Registration Fee is due. Course selection and registration cannot be completed until the registration fee is paid.
