Athletic Clearance

In order for students to begin participating in athletics, they must have completed the athletic clearance process which can be found online at Athleticclearance.com. All of our athletic forms will be available through this online clearance portal. Page 4 of the EL2 (physical form) and NFHS certificates will be the only forms that will need to be uploaded after completion, with the Student Athlete Participation Application and the EL3 (FHSAA) completed electronically.

As we begin our fall seasons on July 29th, all athletes trying out or participating must be cleared through this portal before they may participate in any athletic activity.
